Water & Sewer Management LLC

By enrolling in or using the Water & Sewer Management LLC (“WSM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) Membership Program, you (“you,” “your,” or “Member”) agree to these Membership Agreement terms in full.
1. Nature of the Program The WSM Membership Program is a membership-based discount and priority service program for residential plumbing-related needs. It provides Members with access to negotiated/preferred discounted rates (TBD discounts, typically 15–50% off standard pricing, subject to partner availability) on plumbing services, priority scheduling, waived or reduced diagnostic fees, and educational resources.
This is not insurance, a warranty, a service contract, or a guarantee of repairs or replacements. We do not perform, reimburse, subsidize, or cover any repairs or services — Members pay the discounted rates directly for any work requested and performed by independent licensed contractors from our partner network. All work is at the Member's expense (no free or included repairs). WSM is not liable for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any services provided by partners.
2. Membership Fee and Billing
Monthly fee: $19.99 (or such other amount as posted on watersewer.org at the time of enrollment; subject to change with notice).
Billing: Auto-renew monthly via credit/debit card or approved payment method.
Cancellation: Month-to-month; cancel anytime by contacting us (no refunds for partial months after first 30 days).
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you cancel within the first 30 days and have not used any services, including viewing any educational material, we will refund all fees paid (minus any non-refundable processing fees).
3. Membership Benefits Benefits are subject to availability, partner participation, and your property's eligibility.
Benefits include:
Discounted Services: Access to preferred/negotiated rates on common plumbing services (e.g., drain cleaning, fixture repairs, water heater work, sump/ejector pump checks, limited line services) through our network of independent licensed contractors. Discounts vary (TBD; typically 15–50% off standard rates) and are applied at the time of service.
Priority Scheduling: Faster/next-day response for non-emergency requests when using our partners.
Reduced Diagnostic Fees: Waived or discounted trip/inspection fees for Member requests.
Educational Resources: Tips, checklists, and advice on plumbing maintenance (via email, website, or hotline).
Partner Referrals: Connection to trusted contractors for services (you pay directly at discounted rates).
We do not guarantee any specific discount percentage, service availability, or outcome. Benefits are not transferable without approval.
4. Eligibility and Limitations
Open to residential property owners/tenants financially responsible for plumbing expenses in our service areas (Illinois suburbs; check eligibility).
Commercial, multi-unit, rental income, HOA-controlled, or non-residential properties excluded unless approved.
We reserve the right to deny or limit membership for any reason (e.g., non-payment, misuse, or ineligibility).
Services are subject to partner availability, scheduling, and standard terms (e.g., no guarantees on parts/labor beyond contractor warranties).
5. No Coverage or Guarantees This program does not provide coverage, repair, replacement, reimbursement, indemnification, or guarantees for any plumbing issues, failures, wear/tear, pre-existing conditions, or damages. We do not:
Perform or subsidize work.
Guarantee approval or completion of any request.
Cover emergency/excavation/code upgrades.
Assume liability for contractor work (independent contractors are solely responsible).
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancel anytime via phone, email, or written notice (2093 Rand Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
30-day money-back: Full refund if no services used.
No refunds for partial months after 30 days.
We may suspend/cancel for non-payment or violations.
7. Dispute Resolution Any disputes shall be resolved under Illinois law in Cook County courts. No class actions or arbitration unless agreed. Claims must be brought within one year.
8. Changes and Notices We may update terms with notice (posted on watersewer.org or emailed). Continued membership = acceptance.
