Water & Sewer Management LLC

Water & Sewer Management LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides water system evaluations, cost-management services, and membership-based support to residential property owners. By purchasing an audit or enrolling in a membership, you agree to these Terms.
The Company is not a licensed plumbing contractor, utility provider, or insurance company. The Company does not perform plumbing repairs, installations, or physical system modifications. Any physical work is performed by independent third-party contractors who are solely responsible for their services.
Audit Service
The Company offers a one-time, non-invasive water and sewer system audit for a fee of $199. By purchasing the audit, you acknowledge that the service is limited to visible and accessible conditions at the time of the visit.
The audit may include general system observations, water pressure readings, identification of inefficiencies, and estimated cost-saving opportunities. The audit is not a licensed plumbing inspection, is not code-compliant, and does not guarantee the detection of all issues, leaks, or defects.
No repairs, adjustments, or installations will be performed during the audit. The audit is informational only.
The $199 audit fee is earned upon completion of the visit and is non-refundable once the service has been performed.
Membership Program
Enrollment in the membership program authorizes a recurring monthly charge of $20 to your selected payment method.
Membership provides access to general system guidance, cost-reduction recommendations, and assistance coordinating service through independent third-party contractors. Membership may include access to preferred or discounted pricing offered by those third parties.
Membership is a cost-management and support program only. It does not guarantee savings, priority service, repair timelines, or contractor availability. Results will vary based on property conditions and third-party providers.
The Company does not perform work and does not guarantee the outcome of any repairs or services.
Third-Party Contractor Disclaimer
The Company may introduce or refer customers to independent third-party contractors. These contractors are not employees, agents, or representatives of the Company.
Any agreement for repair, installation, or service is solely between you and the third-party contractor. The Company does not control or guarantee pricing, scheduling, workmanship, licensing status, or outcomes.
You agree that the Company is not liable for any damages, delays, disputes, or losses arising from work performed by third-party contractors.
No Contractor Relationship
You acknowledge that the Company does not provide plumbing services and does not enter into contractor-client relationships. Any recommendations provided are informational only.
No Insurance, Warranty, or Coverage
The membership program is not an insurance policy, extended warranty, or service contract. The Company does not cover, reimburse, or pay for plumbing repairs, water damage, or system failures.
All costs associated with repairs, replacements, or services remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
Payment Authorization and Billing
By purchasing an audit or enrolling in membership, you authorize the Company to charge your provided payment method.
Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of services.
All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancellation Policy
Membership may be canceled at any time by notifying the Company through approved communication methods.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial periods.
No Guarantee of Results
The Company does not guarantee any specific reduction in water usage, utility bills, or repair costs. Any estimates or projections are for informational purposes only.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to property damage, water loss, system failure, or financial loss.
The Company’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to the Company within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Water & Sewer Management LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the services, reliance on recommendations, or engagement with third-party contractors.
Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
Changes and Notices
Water and Sewer Management reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Notice of any changes may be provided by posting the updated Terms on watersewer.org or by sending notice to the email address associated with your account. Continued use of services or active membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
